As of July 1st, 2025, Reind Brackman will pass the baton of Managing Director to his daughter, Nina Brackman. With this transition, the next generation steps into the daily leadership of BEO Groep. Reind will remain actively involved as Technical Director, focusing on innovation and product development.

“Now is the right time,” says Reind Brackman. “Nina knows our company inside out. She brings the vision, energy, and structure that we need in the next years. I have full confidence in her ability to lead BEO forward, while staying true to our identity.”

Nina Brackman has been closely involved in the company for several years and has played a key role in shaping its forward-looking strategy. In her new role, she will focus on strengthening the internal organization, achieving sustainable growth, and safeguarding the core values that define BEO.

“BEO is the company I grew up with, so it means a great deal to now follow in my father’s footsteps.” says Nina Brackman. “I’m truly honoured by the trust placed in me by him, the management team and all the other colleagues. Together, we’ll shape the next chapter of BEO, while staying true to what has made us strong over the years: commitment, craftsmanship and togetherness. Of course, it’s a big responsibility, but one I take on with energy, curiosity and a deep belief in what we can achieve together. I look forward to building a future that reflects who we are, and who we want to become.”

With a background in psychology and business, Nina’s focus will be on people and processes. She wants to bring more clarity, structure and breathing room to the organisation, while leaving space for creativity and pride in the work. Her aim is to build on what’s already strong, improve what can be better, and guide BEO towards a healthy and future-ready organisation, together with the people who make it.

This leadership transition marks an important milestone for BEO, yet our essence remains the same. We remain committed to building innovative and trustworthy solutions, with the creativity, care, and quality that define us.

BEO Groep maakt stap naar de toekomst, mét met behoud van haar vertrouwde fundament

Per 1 juli 2025 draagt Reind Brackman het stokje als algemeen directeur over aan zijn dochter, Nina Brackman. Daarmee treedt de volgende generatie aan in de dagelijkse leiding van de BEO Groep. Reind blijft betrokken als technisch directeur, met focus op innovatie en productontwikkeling.

“Het voelt als het juiste moment,” aldus Reind Brackman. “Nina kent ons bedrijf van binnenuit, heeft een bewezen visie en brengt de energie en structuur die we de komende jaren nodig hebben. Ik heb er alle vertrouwen in dat zij BEO verder zal laten groeien, met behoud van wie we zijn.”

Nina Brackman is al langere tijd actief binnen het familiebedrijf en speelde een centrale rol in het uitzetten van een toekomstgerichte koers. In haar nieuwe rol zal zij zich richten op het versterken van de organisatie, het realiseren van duurzame groei en het bewaken van de waarden die BEO kenmerken.

“BEO is het bedrijf waar ik tussen ben opgegroeid en het voelt dan ook heel bijzonder om nu in de voetsporen van mijn vader te mogen treden.” zegt Nina Brackman. “Het vertrouwen dat ik krijg van hem, het MT én alle andere collega’s raakt me. Samen met hen wil ik de volgende fase van BEO vormgeven, met behoud van wat ons al die jaren sterk heeft gemaakt: betrokkenheid, vakmanschap en samenwerking. Het is natuurlijk een grote verantwoordelijkheid, maar die ga ik nemen met veel energie, nieuwsgierigheid en vooral een sterk geloof in wat we samen kunnen bereiken. Ik heb er heel veel zin in om aan een toekomst te bouwen die niet alleen reflecteert wie we nu zijn, maar ook wat we willen worden.”

Met een achtergrond in psychologie en bedrijfskunde richt Nina zich op mensen en processen. Ze wil meer overzicht, structuur en ruimte in de organisatie brengen, terwijl er plek blijft voor creativiteit en plezier in het werk. Haar doel is om voort te bouwen op wat al goed werkt, te verbeteren wat beter kan, en BEO samen met het team te begeleiden naar een gezonde en toekomstbestendige organisatie.

De directiewissel markeert een belangrijke mijlpaal in de ontwikkeling van BEO, maar de kern blijft ongewijzigd: we blijven bouwen aan slimme, creatieve en betrouwbare oplossingen, met de vertrouwde toewijding en kwaliteit.

Mark your calendars for November 29 and 30, as Trekwerk participates in the Journées Techniques du Spectacle et de l’Événement (JTSE) in Paris. Amidst the hustle and bustle of 150 specialized companies showcasing entertainment techniques like machinery, lighting, audio, and stage setups, we’ll be holding our ground.

Our preparations are underway at stand 006 007, where we’ll be demonstrating how our system offers practical solutions for operators to bring their ideas to life.

We invite interested parties, along with our existing customers and business associates, to stop by and have a chat. Will we see you there for a casual exchange and a glimpse into the world of Trekwerk?

“Amare was an amazing project to work on. Being able to show the world how this came together makes us incredibly proud” says Nina Brackman, chief commercial officer of the BEO Group. “We grew as a team during this project and were able to learn from our collaboration with Bouwcombinatie Cadanz as well as Theateradvies. We are beyond excited to see how the technical team of Amare will use Trekwerk’s installation. We were able to provide them with a multifunctional system that can and will take their shows to the next level!”
