Line shaft winch
The line shaft winch is very compact and can drive one shaft with single-line drums. The line shaft winch is often placed in theaters with limited height above the stage and no fly loft.
Several small drums (steel or nylon) are connected by cardan-shafts. Each of the drums has its own suspension frame and mounting points. At one end a motor frame drives the shaft.
By making use of the standard available industrial a-synchronous motors and gearboxes, the design is ready to be equipped with the required gear ratio and capacity. Typical are loads up to maximal 500kg with speeds up to 1,2 m/s.

Tower winch
The Tower Winch is Trekwerk’s answer to the more conventional winch request, offering a variety of custom-made possibilities.
The Tower Winch is designed with a zero-fleet compensation and tailored to a wide variety of specifications. Today, more than 1250 winches of this design have been installed and operational since 2001.
By making use of the standard available industrial a-synchronous motors and gearboxes, the design is ready to be equipped with the required gear ratio and capacity. The steel wire drum is custom-made to the required suspension lines, travel, and cable diameter. In most installations, the winches are installed with our standard 600v DC busbar system including the modular driver cabinets.

Mobile cable reel
This electric multi-cable reel powers the spotlights and can be lowered or raised at the same speed as the fly bar. The mobile cable reel has a smooth maneuverability over the grid, just as the SynchroDisk. The basic quality lies in the ease of maneuverability.
The mobile cable reel can be custom made to your requirements.
Portal bridge winch
The portal bridge winch is used to position the portal bridge at the desired height. These double-reeve, combined and synchronized motors work as one.
